Press Release Body: Baltimore, MD, April 09, 2008 -- Nowadays, it's challenging to achieve a first of its kind distinction on the Internet. However, the executive branch of Abia State government in the Federal Republic of Nigeria has bested that challenge.
In an effort to introduce his initiatives to the many citizens of Abia State throughout the world, His Excellency Governor Theodore A. Orji invited Chief Obidike Ajuluchuku, host of the online video program "Nigeria In Review" on NigerianTVOnline.com, to sit down with and interview each Commissioner in his cabinet.
Governor Orji anticipates a global response to the unprecedented effort. The publicity this effort will garnish is expected to introduce Abia to the international community and may foster potential business development.
"Governor Orji wanted to introduce his cabinet to Abians, and the global community", said Ajuluchuku, "it took several months to organize, film and edit all of the interviews, but the response has been positive thus far." In all, over twenty interviews were filmed, some lasting over 30 minutes. Discussions ranged from economic, agricultural and medical matters to women's empowerment, education, transportation and current events.
The interview series will air online over the course of the next several weeks for free viewing at NigerianTVOnline.com. Three new videos will air every week. The first three consist of an interview with Ukoha Kalu, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Barr. Awa U. Kalu, SAN, a lead counsel to the Governor on Tribunal issues, and a video retrospective on the first 100 days of the Governor T.A. Orji Administration.
No registration or membership is required to view the interviews. Viewers are invited to leave comments regarding the interviews, and post questions related to the discussions as well.
"Everyone is invited to view these unprecedented programs" said Ajuluchuku. "We want the world to learn about Abia State, known as 'God's Own State.'" Press release distributed by PressReleasePoint(http://www.pressreleasepoint.com/)
